Privacy policy

When you send an enquiry, we keep your name, email, phone number (if you give one), topic, message and the page you sent it from. We use them to reply to you and prepare an offer.

The site runs on Vercel, and enquiries are stored in a database at Neon, on a server in Frankfurt.

If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited and where visitors come from. Google then sets the cookies _ga and _ga_QDPZFVNH0S, which last up to two years. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded.

We remember your choice in your browser and ask again after a year. Change it at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

The maps on the Contact and New location pages are shown by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when a map loads. Links to Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn lead to sites with their own privacy rules.

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent to cookies at any time. Write to us at office@praktis.me.
